Orechiette is an Italian pasta which translates into little ears in english, though it resembles little hats. It is perhaps the cutest pastas ever.<br /> <br />A quick creamy pasta with a lot of spinach, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and Kalamata olives.<br />It's rich and satisfying and deliciously packed with flavours which can be reheated the next day if you manage to have any left.
